Another sunny and warm day
Published On: Sep 27 2012 05:56:45 PM CDT
Most of the ArkLaTex enjoyed a sunny and warm Thursday with the exception of Oklahoma and western Arkansas. There, showers and storms along a slow moving cold front were scattered for much of the day.
Afternoon temperatures were still above average with highs in the upper 80s to low 90s. Mid 80s are normal for this time of year.
Our rain chance increases going into the weekend as the weak cold front, passing weather disturbances and Pacific Ocean moisture converge over the region.
