Debby is now a Tropical Depression with 35 mph winds as it treks across northern Florida.  The storm is speeding up too in it's forward progress as the outer winds of the jet stream are pushing it along.

Further weakening and an increase in forward speed are possible over the next 24 hours.  Debby is forecast to move back over the ocean on the other side of Florida and strengthen in a couple of days according to the National Hurricane Center.
