Tropical Storm Chris continues as a menace to shipping in the north Atlantic this evening.  The storm has 60 mph winds and is moving east at nearly 20 mph.  The forecast from the National Hurricane Center calls for Chris to become extra tropical over the next day or so.  Chris is not a threat to the ArkLaTex.
