isaac image — Tropical Storm Isaac's forecast from the National Hurricane Center

SHREVEPORT, La. -

The National Hurricane Center indicates that Tropical Storm Isaac's winds remain at 70 mph as of the 10 pm advisory. Movement is northwest at 10 mph. Some intensification is forecast before landfall tomorrow night.

Outer rain bands are beginning to reach the Mississippi River Delta region with wind gusts over tropical storm force late this evening.
