Weekend and Monday weather summary
This afternoon, the area experienced passing alto-cumulus clouds at 13,000 Feet. These were much higher than the low stratus deck from Saturday through this morning. The stratus clouds were down below 500 feet at times with the rain, drizzle and fog. Today's higher cloud deck was due to drying in the lower atmosphere from the strong northwest winds.
The storm responsible for the weekend rains is slowly pushing to our northeast. In it's wake, a few stray light showers are possible through tomorrow. The chance for significant rain is low because of the drier conditions.
