Shreveport, La - If you like the sound of rain and the feel of a little splash of water on your face, of bad hair and runny makeup, you're going to LOVE this month's Artwalk. YES, it's going to rain. YES, you're going to need an umbrella, and YES, we're having it anyway! We are making a few changes to keep you drier, though. We're moving most of the action to fewer locations but there will still be lots to enjoy. Here's the plan, Stan.
