Known as the family parade, anyone can enter the parade and be part of the Parade that rolls through the Highland neighborhood. Throws include mini-cakes and hot dogs! This is the 28th year for the Krewe of Highland Parade, and was started by Matthew Linn. In it's 28th year, if you can't attend the parade in person, be sure to watch KPXJ from 2p - 3p.
