MINDEN, La. - Low-priced options for clothes can be found in Webster Parish at a new thrift store or for free if shoppers are qualified. It's called Mercy's Closet.
The store allows shoppers to find the clothes they need while remaining in their budget. The store separates itself from Goodwill by offering an application process that allows those approved to get clothes that are available in the store for free.
It's something the founder of the store, Diana Sanders, says she doesn't take for granted.
The clothes come from donations. Mercy's Closet has been open since March.
