Johnny Earthquake and the Moondogs is one of those legendary bands. We can say that because, any band that lasts over 20 years and still rocks crowds has earned the privilege. The band's leader, Johnny Earthquake, also known as Rodney Harrington, has been the frontman for the band for it's entire run. In the band's career, they have worked with greats such as Rick Derringer, Mitch Ryder, Joe Stampley, Percy Sledge, Sam the Sham, James Burton, and New Orleans greats- Trombone Shorty and Papa Grows Funk- and that's just to name a few! Each member of the band brings interesting backgrounds and musical stylings, making the Moondogs one of the most wide ranging show bands you'll ever see. From modern pop, to 80's rock, to Motown hits, we do it all. And in the band's history, we've shown that, much like age to a fine wine, a band over the years only matures and grows more rich. The Moondogs still make a party wherever we go. Weddings, Mardi Gras Balls, Festivals, Parties, it has been said that a party just ain't the same without the Moondogs!!!

Ambush, from Shreveport, LA is the premiere party band in the ARK-LA-TX. Formed in 1990, Ambush is still going strong playing casinos, clubs, and private events. A product of the oldies revival movement of the '90's, their song list not only includes hits from the 50's and 60's but also hits from the 70's, 80's and 90's as well. High-energy entertainment is the only way to describe an Ambush show. “Our shows are as much about being seen as being heard. If someone merely wanted to listen to music, they would stay home. People go out to be entertained.” So whether rock, country, blues, soul or oldies, Ambush is sure to satisfy. "Wherever we play, a party breaks out." Ambush is honored to have been the opening act for: Jack Ingram, Joe Nichols, Pat Green, Jerry Jeff Walker, Leon Russell, and Mark Collie. They've been the performance band for Trini Triggs and two members of Ambush also performed in the Percy Sledge Band.
