Jeff Landry is seeking re-election to Attorney General of Louisiana.
Landry says his focus is on protecting Louisiana; our jobs, our economy, our homes and families by keeping us safe from crime, our healthcare, our children’s education, and protecting us from overly burdensome taxes and wasteful government spending.
During his time in office, Landry has helped reform Louisiana’s Department of Justice which he leads. He created the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation to fight crime. He created the Louisiana Solicitor General’s office to handle major Litigation, including national cases, which impact Louisiana as Louisiana cases made their way to the national Supreme Court.
Upon earning his juris doctorate, General Landry returned to Acadiana – where as a business attorney in Lafayette, he spent his days in the legal trenches helping employers create jobs.
Jeff Landry is a veteran of Desert Storm and left the military with the rank of Sergeant.
