Three men have been arrested in connection with an incident in which shots were fired at Wiley College in Marshall, Texas. No one was injured in the incident, which happened Wednesday. Marshall police said officers called to the campus found several shell casings from a .40-caliber weapon. Witnesses said the shooter had left in a car.
