European Union leaders say the 27 other member states will continue despite Britain's decision to leave the bloc. And the EU leaders are warning against any unnecessary delay in Britain's departure. British Prime Minister David Cameron, who led the fight for Britain to stay in the EU, says he'll now resign before October.
