BATON ROUGE, La. - A report from Sports Illustrated states that at least 30 LSU football players have been in quarantine this week due to exposure to COVID-19.
According to the story, some players have tested positive while others have just come into contact with those that have tested positive. A portion of the exposure stems from athletes visiting nightclubs in an area near campus known as Tigerland.
SI states that no athlete or staff member has required hospitalization out of 115 players.
